Verison Commercial

 

This is a current commercial for Verizon, one of America's biggest cell phone provider.

 

Have any of you ever used or seen the website "Facebook"? How about "Twitter"?

 

Who are the young people in the commerical? What is the relation between them?

Who are the older people in the commercial?

Where is this commercial set? What at the parents drinking?

What are the older people doing during the entire commercial?

Who are all of the people in the opening shot? What do they represent?

 

"You're going a little overboard with your phones," says the young man.  What does he mean?

     A) They are going on a trip by boat

     B) They are too entusiastic about their new phones

     C) They are bored with their new phones

 

The girl says, "Mom, just because we're facebook friends, that doesn't mean you can write "I Love You" all over my wall!"

 

What is "the Wall" they are talking about?

 

From the voices and postures of the young people we can tell that they are:

     A) amused

     B) tired

     C) angry

 

When the daughter speaks to the mother, the mother points one finger up in the air.  What does this mean?

     A) Wait a minute, I'm busy
